Careers Linked Curriculum
We are extremely proud of our curriculum and the links to the wider world of work. We have carefully designed lessons, topics and whole school events to support our pupils to develop lifelong skills. We are constantly preparing our pupils for jobs that may not yet exist and therefore the skills we teach are vital for them to not only be a valued member of their community but to be able to compete in a global employment market.
At Marshlands Primary School, all pupils have the opportunity to apply for roles in schools. To do this they first complete an application form and then are invited to attend an interview. This reflects the world of work!
