Please can we remind you that spellings are given out on a Monday. Children then have all week to practice them ,ready for a spelling test on Friday.

Hello Year One!

We hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas with your families and that Santa was good to you all.

This half term we have lots of exciting learning activities and the staff cant wait to share them with you!

Please can we ask that when at home, you practice your numbers with your parents / carers as much as you can? This can include;

- Counting

- One more and one less

- Simple addition and subtraction.

This doesn't have to be done with just a pen and paper, you could do it by;

- Playing games

- In the shops

- Oral counting
