Today we were inspired by an abstract painting by Paul Klee called 'Fire in the evening'. We recreated his painting using sponges.
Here we are dressed up and ready to go and perform our class assembly entitled 'You wouldn't want to live in 1666!'. We dressed up as people from 1666 and told out audience about the different jobs people did.
Today we found out how people communicated in 1666 when their were no phones, tv or radio. We dressed up as town criers and wrote speeches warning people about the fire.
