Let's go to China!

WOW day!

Today was our WOW days for our new topic. We made Chinese lions and performed a lion dance. Mrs Howard also made us some delicious Chinese stir fry which we ate with chopsticks.

Building the Great Wall of China.

Today we compared two capital cities- London and Beijing. Then we made the Great Wall of China from Imagination Playground. We walked along our 'wall'. The we used metre sticks to measure our wall. It was 13m long.

Terracotta Warriors

Today we found out about the 8000 unique warriors that make up the Terracotta Army. Then we used clay and tools to make our own warriors.
